We are looking for a Traffic Assistant and Security Controller for South Lapland Airport, Vilhelmina. The position is part-time at 25% and will combine tasks in both booking and security control.

About the Position

As a Traffic Assistant/Security Controller, you will have a versatile role. Your responsibilities will include check-in as well as participating in security control at the airport. The work involves shift work and you will collaborate with a team of dedicated and service-oriented colleagues.

Your Tasks:

• Check-in of passengers and handling of bookings
• Administrative work within the airport's operations
• Security control of passengers and luggage
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and safe travel experience

Qualifications:

• Good computer skills and experience with administrative tasks
• Driver's license and ability to commute to and from the workplace
• 3-year high school or equivalent education
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Flexibility and ability to work shifts

Meritorious:

• IATA certification or experience with Amadeus booking system
• Experience in marketing, web, or communication
• Experience in security work or similar tasks

Your Profile:

We are looking for someone who is highly engaged, service-oriented, and has good teamwork skills. You enjoy meeting people and handling both administrative and operational tasks. To succeed in this role, you need to be responsible, flexible, and able to manage shift work.

Other:

A security clearance and background check are required for the position according to the regulations of the Swedish Transport Agency.
